Started out sounding somewhat ignorant. The sandwich comment is odd to say the least. I was glad to hear him use the proper name of taichi chuan and that he understands it is a martial art. I'll watch some of the videos and comment more

Tai Chi Movement

Really any kind of motion can be done as Tai Chi. It doesn't have to be the Swan Landing on the Water form or the Snaking Crane form for it to be qualified as Tai Chi. You can imagine movements of making a sandwich so long as you time your hand movements with the movements of making the sandwich, that is Tai Chi. Tai Chi Chwon directly translated means Grand Ultimate Boxing. It is a system of martial arts that has all of the blocks and strikes of a regular martial art like hard style Karate or Kung Fu but it is at a softer approach. Very relaxed and low impact but just as equally as effective if you are a good practitioner.
