Tai Chi Fruit Stretch

Some stretches that can be done with a type of Tai Chi flavor to it. Similar with the animal type movements, a lot of these exercises will imitate certain chores that were done back in the Temple days that the monks had to do. One of them is called Picking the Fruit. With this one you want to imagine that you are in the orchard and your job is to pick the fruit. Bring one hand up the center of the body while you breathe in, all the way up. Stretch all the way up as if you are reaching for that top piece of fruit. Breathe out. Drop it in the basket. Repeat with the other hand, breathing in.
