Tae Kwon Do Round House Kick to 540 Kick

Hi, my name is Caleb Labarda. I'm the third degree black belt Tae Kwon Do. I'm here with Expert Village and today, I'm going to be teaching you how to do a five - forty. O.k. you can also do your five forty, try an build up some momentum, the best way to do it, is the way you've been seeing so far, from standing. Okay, that's how you're going to build up the most power for your five - forty, but if you're not able to build up the power from standing, throwing your body, you can also do it using some leverage, which would be your legs o.k. to get your momentum built up for the spin o.k. So, one of the ways to do it, is a off leg, back leg round kick or back leg round house o.k. So throwing the back leg round house into your five - forty. So, it will look like this from here, my guards up, I'm going to throw a back leg round house, quickly as I do it, I'm going to be using momentum to spin and go up into my five - forty. So from here and down, you could see how it gave me more power and I really get up into my five - forty, okay. So, one more time, guards up, throwing a back leg round house, five - forty. So, from here, hi-ya, okay. And, that's using a back leg round kick for your momentum to build up into your five - forty.
