Tae Kwon Do 540 Round Kick

Hi, my name is Caleb Labarda. I'm the third degree black belt Tae Kwon Do. I'm here with Expert Village and today, I'm going to be teaching you how to do a five - forty. O.k. now, so once again going over the five - forty we already did the crescent kick, o.k. now we're going to do it with the round kick. Now, the round kick, you're going to get more of a reach o.k. your foots' going to really be sticking out there, you're going to get a farther reach and it's going to be more powerful. I like to do it with the round kick, instead of the crescent kick, o.k. It was invented with the crescent kick but it slowly changed, people started doing it with round kicks and it got faster, more powerful, more flashy. O.k, so as you do it, you're going to come here, go into your round, now instead of keeping your hips square, you're going to start turning your hip over, o.k. for your round kick. So, from here you're going to come around with a round kick and land on that foot o.k. So, now this is what it looks like with a round kick. From here, I'm going to wind up, pre - pivot, and then go, I'm going to look at my target, o.k. Now, you see my foot stuck farther out that time, it went a little bit faster and had a smoother landing. So, again, hiya, and that's going to be my five - forty with a round kick or round house.
