Tae Kwon Do Warm Ups

Hi. My name is Caleb Labarda, I'm a third degree black belt Tae Kwon Do. I'm here with Expert Village. And, today I'm going to be teaching you how to do a five-forty. Alright. So, now for the first step it's very important that we warm up properly. So, get your body nice and warmed up. So, we're going to start out probably doing about a hundred jumping jacks. Let's do them real quickly. So, a jumping jack would be hands together out together. Like that, out together. Ok. So, I'd say do about a hundred of those. It will look like, that's one two three four five, ok. And, those are good warm ups. And, also I'd do some like punches. Punch, twist, twist, twist, twist. Ok. Get the upper body really warmed up, so you can have all your blood flowing. You don't want to pull any muscles or anything. You want to be warmed up really well before you get started. Also, I would also suggest an ax kick. Because, you're going to be working on those legs. So, bring those legs up all the way up. Kick. Good. Just like that. All the way up, kick. Higher and higher each time. And, the other leg. And, do about ten on each leg to really get those legs warmed up. Start out low and start going higher and higher. And, then you can also probably do some back round kicks. From here, all the way around and come back. Power and back. And, about do ten on each leg also to warm up properly to get your body really get that blood flowing. So, you don't pull any muscles or get hurt.
