Wecome to Expert Village, my name is Bruce Wen and on this segment of the video, I'm going to show you some forms of Shaolin. I'm going to show you the Little Red Boxing. Little Red Boxing is considered the modern boxing of Shaolin. It's practice for the, it's taught to the Shaolin practitioner once they enter the temple. Okay. Now I'm going to bring in my student Johnny Kao. He's going to be, I'm going to be teaching him Little Red Boxing. Stand straight. Now we're going to go over the first six moves. Bow. One, look to your left. Two, three, four, five, six. Okay. Once again, let's do this again. Stand straight. Bow, and then take your left leg forward into shoulder width. One, okay, for males your right hand is on top of your left hand, for females the opposite. Two, raise your right hand and lower your left hand. Look to your left. Three, cross forward, step up, raise your knee, push out. Four, punch down. Five, come back. Six, forward push. Okay. And ladies and gentlemen, this concludes this section.
