Now let me show you the last Push that your partner can do to you. Okay. There's more but I'm just going to show you four today. So now we're going to do the Sidekick Push. Ready. With Johnny's hand against the wall, his hand is straight, his palm's facing out, his leg up, his toes want to point it this way. Okay now I'm going to push his legs as high as he can. Okay, now when I'm pushing up you want to exhale, you don't want to inhale - one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Good. Switch. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. This kick basically gives you to kick better on your sidekick so you could kick higher, more power and of course if you kick somebody, it hurts much more. The other person hurts much more, not you. And ladies and gentlemen, this concludes the Sidekick Stretch.
