Ladies and gentlemen, and now we're going to go to another stretching that your partner helps you do. Okay. This stretching gains more flexibility. It basically builds your back flexibility and your flexibility for back kick. Now we're going to do Back Kick Stretch. And push, ready. With his hands holding on the wall, okay and his left leg up, I'm going to push his leg, his hand straight, he looking up, his knees straight, toes pointed up, look up, go straight, one, two, three, four, five. His arching his back. Build the back flexibility. Now we're going to do the other leg - one, two, three, four, five. Okay. So this stretch basically enables you to kick higher when you kick somebody on the back. Of course it helps you get a back arch which in turn in the future helps you build a back flip and back hamstring flexibility. And ladies and gentlemen, this concludes the Back Leg Push.
