Ladies and gentlemen, now we're going to improve our flexibility with the help of a partner. Accompanying me is my student, Johnny Kao. Okay. Now we're going to show you how to do a Forward Leg Push. Okay. You can do a Forward Leg Push with the hands out holding your hips, or holding your hips. So now I'm going to have Johnny lean against the wall with his back straight with his hands holding his hips. Okay. He raises his right knee, that leg came, so I let it straight and me I'm going to use my hands to push his legs as high as possible, while him when I'm pushing on he's supposed to be exhaling. One, two, three, four, five. Okay. Good. So now whatever you do to your right side, you got to do with your left side. One, two, three, four, five. Okay. Now I'm going to have Johnny putting his hands out and we're going to do the Forward Leg Stretch. One, two, three, his legs are straight, his body is straight, four, five. Good. Now let's switch legs. One, two, three, four, five. Okay, a point to remember is not to push your partner too hard because if a partner is not flexible enough, and you keep, you push him that high, or you push them really high, they might hurt themselves. Okay. So just go gradually speed up little by little. Ladies and gentlemen this concludes the Forward Leg Push.
