Now we're going to challenge our flexibility much more. We're going to perform a Straddle Split. Ready. Down. One opens both legs forward and both legs on the ground. Touch your ground if possible. Start bouncing a little so you can improve flexibility. Okay. After awhile you may sit down and reach forward. Put both hands forward; touch your toes, okay. Let's do that again.
