Lunge Stretch for Shaolin Kung Fu

Now I'm going to introduce to you another way of stretching which is Lunge. Ready. Stand straight. Want to step forward, put both hands on your knee, and press - one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Whatever you do to one side, you do to the other - one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. Good. Another popular way that we would like to do for a Lunge is putting our hands out - one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Switch - two, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Another popular way that I'd like to do my Lunge stretch, is by putting the hand on the floor and going down as low as I could - one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Switch- two, two, three , four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Good. The Lunge basically builds up your hamstring, makes your hamstring be much more flexible. Ladies and gentlemen, this concludes the Lunge Stretch.
