I'm going to show you the next segment of this training the palm. First one, Low Hand Hitting. One, two, three. Okay so that is Low Hand Hitting. Let me show it to you again. From here, you want to bring your left leg to your right, you want to open both hands, inhale, then you want to step back, push out hard. Okay. Next segment, step back, okay I'm going to put my hands coming one, two, three, four, five, six, and on the seventh one you want to strike, as if you're breaking a bricks. Okay. Then you're going to continue the same way a repetition on the other side, one, two, three, okay, so when you're going coming this way you want to inhale, when you're going this way you want to exhale, one inhale; exhale, two inhale; exhale and on the seventh one you want to strike down.
