Shaolin Strength Palm Training 2

I'm going to show you four more move in this segment. First one is called Pushing the Mouth. So from here, you're going to bring both hands, one, two, so when it come like this, you want to inhale, when it go like that you want to exhale, three, four, five, six, and on the seven one you want to strike and exhale out hard. Okay. And you continue this for a repetition of seven times. So seven times you strike out once hard, then you going to do that for a total of seven times. Then the next movement is called Swinging his tail or Bird swinging his claws. Okay, so from this one, you want to go down, go like this, one, two, three, four, five, six and on the seventh one you want to exhale out hard, okay. So you go in like this you inhale, you go like that you exhale and on the seventh time you want to exhale hard. And you're going to do that for a total of seven times. Okay. So now the next move is called Being Under the Sea. Just release, first you want to bring your hands in. Inhale, raise your knee, then we're going to go down, one, inhale, exhale. You're going to do this for a total of forty nine times, three, four, five. Okay, now I'm going to go to the next move but actually when you practicing, make sure do this for forty nine times. Okay next move is called Hitting the Sky. Okay from here you want to bring your hands up, we'll go, one, okay, then you're going to bring back to back, two, three, four, five, six, on the seventh time, out hard. Okay. Then you're going to do this for a repetition of seven times. Okay, so a total of forty nine times. And this conclude movements from 3-6.
