So now I'm going to go to another one, okay, the sixth exercise of the Eight Section Broquet. This exercise builds up your flexibility. Okay. It's called the Toe Touch. Standing straight. Or you can have your legs open, depend on how flexible you are. So if you're very flexible, standing with your legs close. If you're not too flexible, open your legs, shoulder width. This is how you do it. Stand straight. Okay. Hands on your back and slowly inhale, exhale, touch your toes. And come back up. Inhale, exhale, touch your toes. Inhale, exhale, touch your toes. So this exercise basically builds, helps you improve your back. Okay. And you want to do that for a repetition of eight times. And this concludes the fifth and the sixth segment of the Eight Section Broquet.
