And whatever do to one side, you could do to the other. One, two, three. And that's called, that's one repetition of it, you want to do this for eight times. So one, two, three. Two, two, three. Three, two, three. Four, two, three. Five, two, three. Six, two, three. Seven, two, three. Eight, two, three. The purpose of this exercise is to, if you have back problem, to be, to build up, to improve the back's condition, just say sometimes the people like they got hurt the back or tired back practices, it's going to make you much more comfortable.
