Baduanjin Qigong Exercise 4

Put your hands on your back, hands in your hands. Okay, this is what you do. You turn your body to the right three times, one, two, three. Look to your back, good. And whatever do to one side, you could do to the other. One, two, three. And that's called, that's one repetition of it, you want to do this for eight times. So one, two, three. Two, two, three. Three, two, three. Four, two, three. Five, two, three. Six, two, three. Seven, two, three. Eight, two, three. The purpose of this exercise is to, if you have back problem, to be, to build up, to improve the back's condition, just say sometimes the people like they got hurt the back or tired back practices, it's going to make you much more comfortable. Feels like massage to most people. And this concludes section three and section four of the Eight Section Broquet.
