Now we're going to continue practicing the Eight Section Broquet. Eight Section Broquet is divided into eight movements. I'm going to go over individually. Earlier, I mentioned the first and the second. Now I'm going to go over to the third and the fourth. Earlier we did the Double Hands Popping Up the Sky and the China Bowl. Now I'm going to do the Single Hand Popping the Sky. Okay. Inhale, exhale. Okay, now I'm going to turn my hands, instead of both hands going up, we're going to stretch out our one hand and the other hand like that, and stretch out your whole body, looking up. Okay. Now we are going to go down, exhale. You go up inhale, down exhale. Up, inhale. Okay. This exercise is to strengthen the arms and the legs and get the blood to be circulating, floating. Okay, now I'm going to show you the fourth movement which is called Swinging the Tail or Looking Back.
