Hi. I'm Amy Warkentien from Expert Village and I'm showing you how to make a folded hands card. And we've already cut out our hand. And now that we've opened it up we're going to decorate it. And I'm going to put a heart, cut out a heart to go right here. I'm going to use my pink construction paper, a contrasting color. And just to give me an idea of how big I need it to be I'm going to just make a little mark where the top and the bottom of my card are. And I'm just tracing out a heart. And you can make it however you want or you can just guess at it. And put it down and then go ahead and cut it out and we're going to paste it down with a glue stick. And then whatever else you want to do with this card is up to you. You could maybe cut out more hearts and glue them down. You could go ahead and write a note into it. I would probably use a darker marker. Especially on this paper so that it will show up. I'm going to go ahead and glue down my heart like this with my glue stick and then on either side, I, today, am going to make this out to my Mom. So I'll just write, "To Mom, from Amy". And then inside the heart I'll write something like, "I love you" or "Happy Valentine?s Day". Then you're all done.
