I enjoyed watching your video clips. Your instructions are very easy to follow. Even my mother who is 75 years old, can easily apply these movements. I look forward to more of your exercise tips.

12 Breath Tai Chi Exercise

Let's start with a basic exercise. We're going to use 12 breaths in this exercise. So whenever I start off, I am going to have myself relaxed. Starting breathing and my right hand lifts up first. Breathing in. And then out. I want to try letting my fingers stay down on the way up and as I breathe out almost imagining like my hand is rolling off a balloon. Both hands coming up just like my hands are resting on two balloons then letting them drift off and go into the sides. Keep your breathing. Go out to the side. Breathing in. Let it drop down. Breathe out. Breathe in. Now both.
