"Hi! This is David for expertvillage.com. We are frying a turkey today, the Cajun way. I wanted to show you the equipment that we mentioned earlier. We just need a standard propane tank. This is a glass burner. I just got this at our local hardware store. I think you can find it at most home and garden stores. You can also find these online I believe; King Cooker’s is one of the names for this type of burner. They are perfect for frying a turkey. This has a regulator with a hose of course that allows more propane in so you can actually set this up at very high temperature for extended period of time. This can also be found at any RV store. This is where I found this particular one. All you do is just hook this into your propane tank like so. This hook-up is different. You can also find the ones that have the quick connect. I’ve used those in the past too. This is a very nice one to use as well. This is actually as you can see screws into the tank. Either one would work just fine. This is about all you really need to get going. Then we just put oil on the burner like so and we are ready to fire it up."
