How to Hem the Sleeve of a T-Shirt

"Hi, I'm Melina Piroso and welcome to Expert Village. So now what we're going to do is we're going to pin back the sleeves. We're going to hem the sleeves, our cap sleeves, so we're going to take our pins, fold back the cap sleeves, just about a half an inch, and we're going to pin both sleeves down. And you want to make sure that you don't pull too much because whenever you have tee shirt fabric, it tends to stretch a lot, especially if the end isn't closed off. You want to make sure that you're not, you know, pulling it if you don't have to. And again, you could flip this inside out and really measure a half an inch around the sleeve but you know, I like doing it the short cut way. If you can just eyeball it, then you really don't have to go through all that trouble."
