How to Prepare Dog Stencil Tattoos

Jennifer Hagens from Max's dog wash for Expert Village. She will be discussing shorthaired dogs and looking good for a peace rally. She will be using stencils from a dollar store. Need: Stencils, clear tape, plastic garbage bag and scissors. Cut the plastic garbage bag down the side and bottom. Tape the letters together as needed (with regular clear tape) Tape the letters to the plastic bag, flip it over and cut the plastic bag so the stencil letters are exposed.
