Biking Shorts for Bicycle Riding

Hi, I'm Mark, I'm here with Expert Village at the Competitive Edge Cyclery in Upland to explain how to buy a quality bike from a bike shop. In addition to that, the other thing that you want to do is to buy a nice cycling jersey. Cycling jerseys will wick away the moisture from your body unlike a tee shirt which is going to collect moisture and, as soon as you stop you're going to be soaking wet, and be cold. So, cycling jerseys, get something like this, much more enjoyable. They'll have the pockets in the back so you can put your food, your keys, your cell phone. They're also cut a little bit longer, so that when you bend over on the bike you don't have the water spraying up onto your back. Gloves are very important to have. What's nice about gloves, your hands will sweat when you're riding, so with a good pair of cycling gloves, it will keep your hands nice and dry. The other thing you want to look for is to get a cycling glove that has gel. The gel will cushion the vibration on the bike, it also will be placed in areas on your hand to eliminate numbness on your hand. It's a good item to have, definitely worth it.
