Tai Chi Defense Forms

As I was saying, Tai Chi is a martial arts and much of the martial art aspects that are in Tai Chi are hidden in the exercises and forms. I am going to show you exactly just pieces of different movements that are taught in Tai Chi but are also self-defense techniques. The first exercise you want to stand again with feet shoulder width apart, get your stack. Breathe in. I'm going to circle in front of the body, shifting the weight over. Bring the leg forward and up and push forward with the opposite hand. To reset.
