Side Neck Isolation Move in Hip Hop Dancing

Hi I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip you're going to learn how to isolate with those King Kong arms again, and but just this time they are going to be up. Flexing your guns. I don't have any guns to show, but I can still do the move and I hope you can too. So what you want to do is make your fist, ball them up here and like we do with our shoulders move them towards that front right corner, then the front left corner, then the back left corner, then the back right corner and bring it all around like that. You want to pretend you're holding two, make the palms face front, that might be better. Pretend your holding a metal bar in between your hands, so it can't be bent and wobble and move around right? If you're holding a metal bar, it's there, that's going to help your illusion as you hit those points. In the front with the head going back, remember that little technique there and as you bring your shoulders back the head goes forward and there's your illusion. Holding the bar, keeping your arms straight, horizontal to the floor the whole time. It hurts, I know I'm feeling it right now. Let's try it one more time, so go around and there you have it.
