Hi I'm Bulletyme, here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm a choreographer out here in L.A., and in this clip you are going to learn how to isolate using your arms. It creates a bigger, for those of us with smaller shoulders, it adds to the illusion if you lift your arms up a bit. So we are going to lift our arms and rotate our shoulders forward to help with that King Kong illusion. It helps when you are doing isolations. Especially when you are small like I am. And now, the basics that you did before, where you're going left and right you're going to do that with your arms, so now it looks like a huge..it looks bigger right? So take that around, same thing. Keeping your arms right where they are, and there you have it rotating your shoulders, not your head, keep your head still, and there you have it your boxed arm isolation and when the arms get tired, you know just feel free to put them on down.
