Bent Over Shoulder Move in Hip Hop Dancing

Hi I'm Bulletyme, choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. This next clip, in this next clip you are going to learn how to bend over and isolate your, it's just a different angle on something that you've already learned. To make it look a little bit cooler. So you're bent over and you're lifting your shoulders up. If you were standing up you would simply be pushing your head out. It's that same motion but bent over, the shoulders look like they're raised above your head. You're dropping back down and this is simply again your head going back, but now you're bent over so it's at a different angle. So lift that and put it down. Keeping your head still in that moment in time, right there. Now you can take your chest and bring it over to the left or right and then down and up, down and up. To break it down, lift it up or stick the head out, lift your shoulders up, bring your both shoulders over to the right side of your body then to the left, right, left, right, left, right, left, bring them down and go right, left, right, left. These are the points you're hitting and as you circle, you make sure you make sure you cover those four points, always and remember to dip your head so it looks like you're actually going around and there it is, a head, a shoulder isolation bent over.
