Hi I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A. here on behalf of Expert Village. So we've taken the body, we're going down, head, chest, hips and now we are down to our legs and the legs are connected to the hips, so we?re going to use our hips a bit for these next few movements. You want to take your right knee and bend that forward and rotate out using a bit of your hip to make that happen. Then repeat on the left side. Bend your left knee front and take your hip, push it out as you rotate your knee out as well. Very slowly in and out. It's already in, then out. Every time you switch the other leg will already be there waiting to go do the other side. We can double up, two, double up, four, double up, six, double up, eight. Let's try that much to music. (music plays) (clapping hands) six, seven, eight, one, two, other side, three, four. One, two, notice how I'm using my arms, that's optional if you have it you have it, if you don't, don't worry about it, focus on the legs for now. If that's easy for you then throw some arms in and throw the head in and groove and five, six, seven, eight.
