You are very talented and I love your basic video. I am a mother that is interested in learning crafts to do with my children or to start a new hobby. This is a wonderful video for beginners to understand and to go along with. You should think about having your own craft show on tv.

How to Make a Handmade Birthday Greeting Card

I am Heather McCanna on behalf of expertvillage.com and today I will be discussing card making basics - specifically the birthday card. Normally when you are making a birthday card you are going to utilize on of the card forms which I discuss in one of the previous segment a horizontal or vertical arrangement card. These are the best cause they also often have room for both a picture and a nice birthday message. It is important with a birthday card for it to include bright colors and be very festive. Construction paper is often the best material to use for birthday cards. As it offer a variety of colors and texture. These pad that I have has already been use for some crafts but is great for reusing cause it offers many colors. It is also important to have colorful markers so you can write festive messages in the card to wish the person a happy birthday. These are marker which I also have in my organization bind which is great for keeping card materials. It is also important to have stickers or other festive items which would be great for any birthday person. It is important when you are making a birthday card to take into consideration the gender of the recipient. If is a boy you don't want to be making a pink card and if it is girl you don't want to be making a scary red and black card with ninja turtles on it. So it is important to keep in mind who your recipient is. These stickers would be great for boys birthday party because they have the western theme, the horses, things of that nature. So make sure that you keep mind the recipient of the card and with a birthday card make sure it is colorful and festive.
