History of Shaolin Diamond Fist Kung Fu

My name is Bruce Wen, I would like to welcome you back to Expert Village in the Shaolin Kung Fu lesson. Now I'm going to show you the internal and external forms of Shaolin. This way you going to be moving, you going to not just different section you going to do individual, this way you move your whole body towards the performance. Basically practicing this kind of forms enables you to have a body, better body balance. And of course enables, helps you basically with a lot of problem, straining the hands, basically straining the muscles, tendons and joints and of course it builds up your flexibility. And improve health. Diamond Fist started at the Ching Dynasty with Monk Fuji, I mean when Monk Fuji likes invented this form because the elderly monks they cannot be moving and jumping and flipping and flying. So in order for that elderly monks to perform the forms and also to practice Martial Arts, Monk Fuji created this form to help, so that the older monks can practice the Martial Arts as well. Okay. So now I'm going to show you the Diamond Fist.
