Okay, ladies and gentlemen, upon finishing the basic, I would like to introduce you to the some of the routines, sword techniques and sword forms of Shaolin. I'm going to introduce to you Shaolin Plum Blossom Broadsword. In Chinese, it's Shaolin Mei Hua Quan Dao. So now I'm going to show you the first six moves. Standing straight. One, okay, any types of Broadsword, you want to hold it with your left hand, and the blade facing outward. You don't want the blade to be facing inward, you want the blade to be facing outward. One, step forward with your left leg, hands right hand out strike, step forward again, two, three, four- cross your arms, five- raise your knee, and step back, six. Okay. Now let me show you again.
