Chinese Broadsword Strike

So now we're going to get on to the, another basic of the Broadsword. But this Broadsword is what we use to practice, okay. There were time in the past, when people use real sword that's sharpened, now, I mean, they don't make those kind of swords anymore, so we got to just use this kind of Broadsword, but if we do sharpen the edge, it could cut two people and it could like kill people too. So, I mean, so be careful when learning Broadsword. Don't get something that's sharpened or don't sharpen your Broadsword if you don't want to cut yourself. Okay. So now let's get in to the second lesson of the Broadsword. Striking the Broadsword, okay. Standing up. We're going to hold our Broadsword, with our palms forward, we're going to strike, one, two, three, four, five. Okay. Whatever you do to one side, you could do to the other. One, two, three, four, five. Okay. Beside from standing up, you could also strike the Broadsword in a Bow Stance. One, come back, standing up, step forward; two, step back, three, four, five. Okay, now let's do it to the side way. One, two, three, four, five. Okay. Whatever you do to right side, you could do to the left side. One, two, three. This concludes Striking of the Broadsword.
