Basic skills and techniques is very important, not just in the forms alone but along with the weapons. Without the proper basic, one would not advance in a higher level Martial Arts in their training. Whereas, weapons, forms, Iron Skills, whatever. I mean, so basic is very important. So basics with the weapon is very important. Basics with the Broadsword is very important. Now, I'm going to show you how to rotate the Broadsword around your head. Holding your Broadsword, okay, you always want your blades to be facing up. You don't want to be holding your Broadsword with your blades facing in because if you're going to do anything, you're going to chop your body if it's sharpen, okay, if the Broadsword is sharpened. So you want the blade to be facing in, okay. So, one, rotate your right hand to your left side, go around, one. Okay, let's do that again. Two, three, starting from here, one, two; four, five. And of course you could do this as many times as you want. Whatever you do to your right hand, you can always do to your left hand. Now I'm going to show you with the left hand. Okay, one, two, three, four, five. Now this is rotating the Broadsword around the head.
