Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Bruce Wen, and now let me show you another basic that we do with the Stick. Okay. This one is called Pourning to the Ground in a Horse Stance with a Staff. Similar to the other one, you still hold your stick one third, okay. So this is what we called Horse Stance, so we're going to purn the stick; this one practicing correctly will build up our arm's power and the shoulder's power. Okay. And along, it builds up the speed of the stick, okay. So this is how you do it. Standing in a Horse Stance, you're going to go hit the ground. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And of course the more faster you can hit it the better, okay. So this is just to build it up and don't lose your hands. Just keep your hands at the original position throughout time, okay. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Purning the Staff. The main purpose of this exercise is, if something's down here, just say in the past, people use this to strike fish with it, I mean if you point it like this, like this and if the fish doesn't go fast enough, you can strike and you can hit the fish and you could catch a fish. And it's free lunch or free dinner for you. Okay. So this is how we practice it, hitting it, you know, and the main purpose of it, you can hid under the water, and maybe if you see a fish, you can hit the fish and it's free lunch for you. Thank you.
