Tai Chi Circle Stretch

Circle Stretch: start with the left or right hand, bring it across the body. Traditionally it starts with the left side, across. Then begin with the right. Breathe in, up to the point, then breathe out. Go to the outside, breathing in and out. Other side, in, and out. Remember, you can always do both hands. Breathe in. And out. You can also do Circle Stretch at the waist. Start at one side. Breathing. Cross. Breathing in.
