So now we're going to use a walking, now we're going to walk a bass over the basic twelve bar blues using what's called arpeggios. Arpeggios are playing all the notes of a chord the one, the three, and the five and the seven but playing them back to back instead of all at the same time. So for our C seven chord we're going to play our one, three, five and our flat seven because it's mixolydian same for the F, and the same for the G. Now what we're going to do is we're going to play the C seven arpeggio for all the C seven bars. Then we're going to play the F seven arpeggio the C seven again, the G seven and then the C seven arpeggio at the end. And we're going to do it in just the arpeggio pattern that we have here. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to use my computer to provide a band for me and I'm going to show you and example of how to walk bass using arpeggios over the basic twelve bar blues. So that's how you start walking bass on the twelve bar blues using arpeggios.
