Bass Guitar Finger Exercises

In this lesson I will teach you more advanced bass exercises. This is something that I learned in High School. The basic bass exercise is 1,2,3,4. Mix it up and 1324, etc. The basic idea is every combination that you can play with your four fingers. What i'm going to do now is pick a random pattern and show you how to play it. Take one per day and do it all the way up the neck. Then I will do a cross string. Pick a random pattern. Do it all the way up the neck and all the way back down. Do it on the strings that are related to that finger. 2, 1, 3, 4. It looks like this. Basically you will play all the way up then all the way back down.
