How to Organize Shoes

Shoes are probably the most important part of your closet. Now if you're like me, if I don't see the shoes then I don't wear them so I want to see all of my shoes laid out. So a great thing to do and people don't know this is get a piece of carpet and put it down in your closet and you want to treat your shoes like you treat your dog or your cat. You want to care for them because then they're going to last longer. So I suggest getting a piece of carpet or rug and putting it down in your closet so you can put your shoes on top of it. You can get a rug actually that looks like this, it can be a small little mat and what you do is you lay all of your shoes out on top of it. So here's a pair of pumps and I always put my pumps first so I see those and then what I'll do is put my sneakers behind them. So you want to have a way of lining up your shoes where you always know where they are. Now another option if you don't have room to put a rug down a great option is I have this little carrier here you can put a shoe rack and you can put your shoes in here and that way you'll know exactly what you have by the back of the heel. And this is a great thing to have too because you can line up all your shoes up in between your clothes and mix match your clothes with the right shoe.
