Michael Raines, Expert Village. Just like the remote control, we have to set the receiver to receive from the remote, which then, in turn, takes the signal that it receives and sends it to the wall. So now, again, we have our little box. Now, as you notice we have "A", "B", "C", and "D", and all that alike. Again, one through nine, or nine through sixteen. We're going to leave it one through nine. You notice it comes with a plug. Plug it into any wall. This has to stay within thirty feet line of sight. So that means if you're in another room, it's not going to be thirty feet, it's going to be twenty feet, because the signal won't travel through the walls very well. But once it gets to this module, it travels throughout the house with no problem. So, then again, remember, thirty feet line of sight, or twenty (maybe less) feet for between the walls and what-not. So, what we're going to do, pull up our little antenna, make sure it's set to "A", and plug it into any receptacle in the room. All right, it's that simple, it just plugs in.
