Tai Chi Breathing

There are different types of levels of breathing. Level One is the easiest. Just breathing in and breathing out. Whenever you practice Level One, bring the tongue to the roof of the mouth whenever you breathe in. Then breathing out, let your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth and breathe out through your mouth. Level Two: Breath in, and hold it, and then breath out and hold it. So you should be holding yourself empty, and holding yourself full of air for Level Two. You'll need all different levels in doing Tai Chi.
