Michael Raines, Expert Village. Now, we had our power turned on, let's see if the switch works. How about that? It works! Okay, so we have a working switch, it's just that simple. It's a touch, that's all it is. Now we also have a permanent disengage switch that doesn't allow it to go on and off. In case you don't want it to go on and off, you push that to the side. But we want it to go on, so we push that in the center and turn it on. This is a big problem. I don't like this feature with this "dead switch", because it's too easy to hit, and then it won't go on at night, and you're really mad. So some people, (but I won't recommend it), break that switch off so it's never on the "dead" position. I don't recommend it, do it yourself. So now we have our switch in, does it work on the remote? No, it does not, and you know why? We haven't put in our receiver.
