Calibrating Wireless Home Lighting System

Michael Raines, Expert Village. Now, we're going to calibrate our system. What's calibrating? Let me show you. Here's our handy, dandy, little remote. Now if you notice, we have "on" and "off", and we have eight switches on, eight switches off, and our dimming switches. Over here we have a switch to go from one through eight. You flip it over here and it will do one through sixteen. So this remote can do sixteen different lights. Now you notice you have an "A". That means it's set to "A", obviously. So you can do eight lights on "A". If you turn it to "B", you can have eight lights on "B". Or double it over, and flip the switch and you can do sixteen lights on "B". So yes, you can do a lot of lights with this one remote. We don't have that many lights, in fact, you can see I only have six so far. I'm going to add a seventh, and they're all on "A", because I only have seven, I don't even have eight! So, what's the point? So we're going to leave it on "A". So we know we're calibrated on "A", one through eight, okay? That's wrong - that's right. We're only doing one through eight on "A", "A" setting, one through eight. So I'm going to have one through eight here, "on", "off", and "dimming", and "brightening". Now we want to calibrate the wall module.
