Now we've frozen our green tea ice cubes and our pomegranate ice cubes, and we're going to put them in our bottles of water. One thing you should be aware of, and you probably learned this in science class in elementary, but you might not remember, is you don't want to put it into a full bottle of water, because the ice will displace some of the water. So you start with your water a little bit, take a couple of sips or pour it out. We are just going to take one of our green tea ice cubes and put it right into the water. You can put as many as you want, especially because there are no calories in the green tea ice cube. And there we have our green tea. It just adds a little bit of flavor and a little bit of antioxidant. In this side, we are going to put our pomegranate juice ice cubes. With those you might want to be a little bit more sparing with the pomegranate ice cubes because they do have a little bit more calories. You're water will be refreshing and filled with antioxidants.
