Stress is not conducive to aging backwards. There is a lot of different ways to relieve stress. You can work out, or take a nap or do deep breathing, meditation. But we are going to knead dough. Yes, I said "knead dough". You can make your own dough, it doesn't even have to be accurate measurements, because you're not really going to cook it and eat it, unless you want to. But if you wanted to make your own dough from scratch, you would just take a packet of yeast and add some warm water to it. You don't want it too hot because it will kill the yeast, and you don't want it too cold because then the yeast won't activate. And then you'll just take a couple cups of flour, it can be bread flour or all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and once you cook the yeast by putting the water on it, you can just start adding all those ingredients to it. Mix it up with a wooden spoon, and then you'll just leave it off to the side in sort of a warm area just to rest, because later is when you're going to want to knead it, and that's where the fun starts.
