Different types of hot cereals to eat. I want to talk about in this segment why I personally love to eat hot cereals. Besides them being really healthy and inexpensive and quick and easy. I am a mother and a wife and I'm also a hiking guide, I lead outdoor recreation activities all year round. Hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, bike riding and it is really important for me to have lots of energy and lot of stamina. This hot cereal is my favorite, quick easy, breakfast to be able to make before I take off and go on a hike and go snowshoeing. It definitely gives me lots of stamina, lot of energy and I would not be hungry for several hours after I and this. So you should eat this if you want to have lots so energy and stamina.
