Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. Today we are talking about how to make delicious and healthy whole grain hot cereals. Now on this little segment I want to talk about how to store. We have talked about storing whole grains and this is for long term storage. You can keep these for several years in a nice big container like this. But in the grocery stores the way that they sale everything is in individual severing and that is why people like to buy everything. Cause it is very quick, it is very accessible, and lots of people may not want to go down to there big container and try to get the lid off to make one little single size severing when you want to make some hot cereal. So what I do is I take a bunch of hot cereal and while I'm watching my favorite show I would use sandwich size bags. I would use a cup and just scoop it up in to a sandwich bag; put a twist tie on it and this is my short term for the next month of having hot cereals.
