Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. We have now made 4 different types, 3 or 4 different types of hot cereals. These are cereals that are really good but you don't want to buy them in a grocery store or you are going to be paying to much money. Similar hot cereals in a grocery store would be hot cereals like cream of wheat or zoom but they only allow you to buy them in a small container. The box normally cost a lot of money. This is how I recommend; I always buy my hot cereals in 25-50 pound bags. You can buy these in a look on line for bulk whole grain. Places that sale bulk whole grains. When you get them you have to have a container this is a hard plastic container that would actually hold 50 pounds of wheat. My only holds the 25 pounds of the rolled mixed. Mine happens to have popcorn in it today. I keep all of my whole grains and then another really key important thing to strong your whole grains is having what they kind gamma lid. A gamma lid and that is a lid that spins on and off. In the olden days it was really hard, like 10 years ago it was really hard to get inside of these containers because they where sealed and it was like trying to take a crowbar. But now you can put these lids and buy these at the same places you get your bulk whole grains. Put the lid on and it seals right up and that is a great way to store your whole grains.
