So with straight legs starting, squaring your hips forward, you can extend your arms out to the side, just shift your front hip back to where your front arms, to wherever it feels comfortable, and then top to bottom lengthens up. So again this is a gentle hip opener. You want to maintain the lift in the pelvic floor and feel an opening in your chest.
