Hi I'm Shelly Cordsen here with Expert Village and we're making a Sheppard costume for toddlers. We are using a 27in by 52in towel. And the first thing we're going to do is accent the front bottom and I'm going to do it with this trim here. We're just going to glue that across there so I'm just going to run my permanent glue. You can tell I like this stuff, I'm almost out. I'm just going to come across here. This is a point where you can get your kids to help you. And I'm just going to cut this little tape off which is to stop things from raveling. Just going to push that down on there, there's so much fun trim you can play with. You can use gold trim, silver trim, and braided trim. This just looks kind of like our little Sheppard look that we needed. We also used different colored towels. I have tan, we purchased dark brown, we had two shades of blue and green so all our Sheppard's looked a little different and so cute. So you really only need that on the front. Then we're going to open the towel and you need to do this four times. We are going to measure up twenty inches from the bottom. Mark it with a pin and then we need to come in five inched from that. Then you just move your pin over here. Then you're going to come to the other side and do the same thing. You're going to come up twenty inches, and mark it, come out five. And what we're doing is we are positioning where we are going to put our grommets. And this is going to attach it to the child. And then you have to do, that's the front side; you've got to do the same thing on the back. So we're going to come up twenty inches from the back and do the same thing. Then we'll put the grommets on next.
