Seated Wide Angle Prenatal Yoga Position

So we're going to move into a Seated Wide Angle and with this pose you're welcome to a blanket to sit up on to help tilt your pelvis a little bit and extend the lower back. So it may feel like you start to round as you start to bear more weight in your abdominal area. You want to just allow yourself to use props to sit up on to help open up a little bit more in the hips. And then you are just extending your feet out to the side with the toes flexing up and then allow your palms to rest comfortably. You can even take that to your legs and feel your shoulders relaxing down your back .
