Hi. I'm Melanie Yarger at Milano Music Center in Mesa, Arizona for Expert Village. Okay, now we're going to do some cello practice troubleshooting. Some things that can make a beginning cellist or an aspiring cellist frustrated when they're first starting out, is first the correct placement of the cello. If your cello is too low, it's going to feel awkward and feel weird. If your cello is too high, then your left hand gets all out of whack and you start getting tension in your back and in your shoulder. Make sure, like we said before, on the sternum and held with the legs. Also, tension in the bow hand. If your bow hand is tense, you create that really harsh
